Back to Center is a calm and supportive Monday morning class created to help you begin the week feeling grounded, clear, and aligned.

Each session blends gentle movement, breathwork, and guided awareness practices that help the body settle out of stress and the mind grow quiet. As the noise of the outside world softens, many people find it easier to reconnect with their inner rhythm and natural sense of balance.

The intention of this class is not to push or perform, but to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself. Many participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to their intuition and inner guidance.

A typical session may include gentle somatic movement to release physical tension, guided breathing practices to calm the nervous system, and short guided relaxation or hypnosis to help quiet the mind and bring the body into a deeper state of rest.

This class is welcoming to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. No prior experience is needed.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and may bring a yoga mat, blanket, or water bottle if they wish.

It is a simple but powerful way to return to yourself before stepping into the week ahead.

Sagittarius Full Moon Sound Journey

It invites us to step back from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with the

bigger picture of who we are and where we?re going. Sagittarius is the sign of wisdom, exploration, and expansion. Under this moon,

we?re asked to release beliefs that limit us and realign with the deeper truth of our

path.

During this evening sound journey you?ll be supported in:

? Releasing emotional and energetic tension

? Creating space for clarity and insight

? Restoring balance within the nervous system

? Reconnecting with your inner guidance

You?ll relax in zero gravity chairs while the vibrations of crystal singing bowls

and sound healing instruments gently guide you into a deeply restorative state.

Please dress warm and cozy and give yourself permission to fully rest.

  • Family Nature Camps is open to all ages, parent or guardian must be present
    • $20/family (register as (1) participant and we'll reach out for additional participant info)
• Themes: The themes for each week are posted above. All classes are led by a MN Master Naturalist.
• Where: Nature Camp will be hosted at Mount Ski Gull (9898 County 77 SW, Nisswa), we will be outside at MSG, but will have our indoor meeting space location at the Yurt on the East side of the Chalet.

This 18-hole golf scramble benefiting Confidence Learning Center is held at the prestigious The Classic at Madden’s, one of the premier golf courses in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Known for its stunning scenery and championship-level design, The Classic offers a challenging and memorable experience for golfers of all skill levels. Proceeds from the event support Confidence Learning Center’s mission to provide life-changing outdoor education and recreation opportunities for individuals of all abilities.

Shamanic Journey: Connecting with Spirit Through the Drum

Join Anne Brady Cronin for an evening of guided shamanic journeying as we honor the energy of the season and deepen our connection to Spirit, nature, and our own inner wisdom.

Journeying is an ancient spiritual practice that uses the rhythmic beat of the drum to help quiet the mind and access deeper levels of awareness. During this workshop, you'll have the opportunity to:

 Develop greater awareness of your body's signals
 Reduce stress and mental overwhelm
 Create space for emotional release and insight
 Reconnect with yourself in a supportive environment
