Langer Custom Builders are custom home builders and general contractors in the Brainerd Lakes Area of Minnesota. We are located in Pequot Lakes, Minnesota and specialize in custom homes, remodels, additions, custom cabinetry, and custom trim work. We pay attention to the smallest details and that adds up to a big difference to you, the home owner. We have complete customer satisfaction on all of their projects.
Langer Custom Builders was formed in 2000 and is owned by Roger and Shelly Langer. You will see the craftsmanship throughout the Brainerd Lakees Area. Proudly serving Central Minnesota and the cities and lakes of Brainerd, Baxter, Pequot Lakes, Pelican Lake, Nisswa, Crosslake, Whitefish Chain, Breezy Point, Gull Lake, Emily, Outing, Walker and Leech Lake and they have the mobility to work anywhere in the state.
Roger Langer was a Foreman for 15 years at a large contracting firm in the Brainerd/Baxter area. He instructed other carpenters while completing his duties as Foreman. From 1979 to 1985, Roger was a Foreman and carpenter for a construction company in Pierz, Minnesota.
Roger works right along with the crews on the job site nearly every day. His past experience as Foreman has enabled him to teach and train his workers to best meet the needs of the company and their clients. Roger is highly regarded for his ability to communicate with clients and assist with suggestions to change and improve homes as they build.
Shelly Langer completes the office work, bookkeeping, and handles the scheduling.
