Vibe Restore + Bodywork

Join Dr. Raine Smaagaard, certified acupuncturist, Dr. of chiropractic, and reiki practitioner for this 30 minute bodywork class Tuesdays at 4:45 pm. This is the perfect appetizer for bikyasa class! You'll be guided into 5 yoga poses, pausing in each for neck, cranial, shoulder and hip release, as well as spinal activation. Class is limited to 5 students so make sure to sign up ahead of time!
