Anytime Fitness Nisswa MN ® is seeking candidates for the position of Personal Fitness Trainer/Assistant Manager.

Personal Fitness Trainer (PFT) focuses primarily on helping all members achieve their personal fitness goals through personal and group training programs. A PFT must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to create and conduct safe and effective exercises for a wide variety of participants. In addition, he/she must be comfortable and confident with fitness program design, program instruction, and influencing behavior change. The Personal Fitness Trainer at Anytime Fitness Nisswa will be provided with daily & weekly training plans for one-on-one training through our club PT software at the direction of the Owner. This program design allows for consistent quality deliverance of training services to our clients. The PFT will conduct some Fitness Consultations and sell training packages to grow and maintain clientele. Beyond the traditional roles described, the Personal Fitness Trainer provides guidance, education, and encouragement and most importantly, develops relationships with all members to improve retention. AF expects PFTs to possess above average customer service skills and be on a mission to provide a surprisingly personable experience with everyone he/she meets. Personal Fitness Trainers are responsible for the general upkeep of the club (equipment and floor cleanliness) before during and after training sessions while at the club. A training client list will be provided to each Personal Fitness Trainer by club management as deemed appropriate. PFT's report directly to club owner.

As the assistant manager you will seek out, engage and motivate members of the community to be healthier! This includes but not limited to office work (sales, membership inquires, answering phones, etc), cleaning the club and community outreach.

We are seeking trainers predominantly for part time positions with availability of 4-5 days per week, specifically targeting afternoon/evening hours. All part time positions have the ability to grow into full time positions as client demand warrants. Pay is comprised of a base hourly wage guaranteed, plus a percentage of the training session price while conducting training sessions. Experience is a factor. A qualified candidate must posses a nationally accredited personal training certification at time of employment. First aid and CPR certification is required. Previous training experience is preferred but not required.

License: Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification (Required)

Work Location: One location with potential of second location in future

Working days: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Saturday

Hours: Monday - Thursday 12pm to 6pm, Saturdays 10am to Noon *Hours are subject to change due to clientele and office coverage hours.
