For more than 30 years, Bertha Boatworks has been bringing marine services and sales excellence to the Brainerd Lakes area. It's been more than 30 years since ARt Baleisis purchased Bertha Boatworks in 1977, which was a fledging marine dealer on the south shores of Bertha Lake, part of the Whitefish Chain of Lakes. Back then, the dealership sold a few boats and offered service and fuel.

Art never intended to be the biggest boat dealer in the Brainerd Lakes area, only the best. He wanted to provide the best customer service and sell the best equipment on the market, which is what his customers on the Whitefish Chain expect.

More than 3 decades later, Bertha Boatworks has an excellent reputation for its customer service, workmanship and the boats, pontoons and equipment it sells. Bertha's sales team is committed to making the boat buying experience easy and enjoyable, and the service technicians, with dozens of years of combined experience, take great pride in the work they perform on every boat that comes through the door.
