**TWERK-Y DAY WORKSHOP IS BACK!**  Shake your tail feathers this holiday season! Join us for our annual Twerk-y Day Workshop for laughs and a glute, hamstring, and quad workout!  Bring your festive accessories (turkey hats, tutus, striped socks... we have some to borrow!) and learn fun twerk combos in a supportive, high-energy, FUN environment.  Beginner or seasoned TWERKER, come sweat and burn that lower body!  Saturday, November 21st  4:00 – 5:30 pm  35494 County Road 3, Suite 4, Crosslake, MN  $45 (membership and package discounts will be applied!)
