Join us for a 60 minute vinyasa flow yoga class. We'll work through seated postures, as well move through standing and balancing poses.
Slow Flow + Relax
A slow flowing class perfect for wanting to cultivate calm or perfect if you're new to yoga. The last 20 minutes of class is dedicated to helping you relax.
Heated Bikyasa Yoga
Expect to practice standing balancing postures from traditional Bikram yoga, as well as sequenced vinyasa flows in this heated yoga class.
