A slow flowing class perfect for wanting to cultivate calm or perfect if you're new to yoga. The last 20 minutes of class is dedicated to helping you relax.
Expect to practice standing balancing postures from traditional hot 26 yoga, as well as sequenced vinyasa flows in this hot yoga class.
