The Oliver Acreage

About Us

The Oliver Acreage is a four season facility that features two different lodging options:
-The Barn Lodge features three bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen/dining area and event room-your private lodging for 2 to 10 persons. Book the event room for your special occasions (call for details)
-The Farmhouse B&B features two queen bedrooms with private full baths and an optional third full size bedroom. Bring your appetite, because we serve a hearty country style breakfast.

We are a quiet, secluded, 4 season, retreat featuring 88 acres of wooded and meadow land for your enjoyment and relaxation. The acreage is located approximately 14 miles west of MN State Highway 371 between Nisswa and Pequot Lakes and just 10 miles from Gull Lake

The acreage has trails through the wooded areas and approximately 50 acres of prairie that is abundant with daisies and black-eyed Susans in the summer months and abundant autumn colors. The four seasons offer hiking, wildlife watching, cross country skiing or snowshoeing. About a mile from our driveway you can access the MN state snowmobile trail. The Spider Lake ATV trails are just a few miles north off State Hwy 64. If upland bird hunting is your game, our property neighbors thousands of acres of state and county public land.
