For our next Chef Series, we welcome Molly Krinhop, a Minnesota native whose cooking is grounded in place, connection and the joy of gathering around the table.
Meet the Chef
Born and raised in South Minneapolis and the chef-owner of Molly’s in St. Bonifacius, Minn., Chef Molly’s culinary story began on her grandmother’s Iowa farm where meals were shaped by the day’s harvest and shared with intention. A Le Cordon Bleu–trained chef, Molly has cooked in some of the Twin Cities’ most beloved kitchens, including Lucia’s and La Belle Vie, before opening her own chef-driven, community-focused restaurant. Her style is warm, soulful, and deeply local, designed for people who love good food and great company.
