Sunday Reset
The Sunday Reset is a monthly gathering designed to help you slow down, release the past month, and gently prepare for what’s ahead.
Each session includes a guided meditation to quiet the mind, a restorative sound bath to support deep relaxation, and intentional reflection to set clear, grounded intentions for the month ahead. This experience offers space to reset your energy, reconnect with yourself, and move forward feeling centered and supported.
No experience is necessary — simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
