Member & Visitor Experience Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Member & Visitor Experience Coordinator serves as the welcoming face of the Chamber, providing exceptional service to visitors, community members, and local businesses. This role supports daily office operations, maintains visitor resources, and assists with Chamber events and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors at the Visitor Center, creating a friendly and welcoming experience
* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries
* Provide accurate information about the community, local businesses, events, and attractions
* Promote Chamber member businesses
* Maintain and organize brochure displays, guides, and visitor materials
* Assist with mailings, correspondence, and general communications
* Process incoming and outgoing mail
* Support general office upkeep, including light housekeeping and organization
* Maintain and update community bulletin boards and displays
* Assist with planning, preparation, and execution of Chamber events

* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Passion for promoting the local community
* Flexible - available for weekend and evening events
* Computer skills
* Knowledge of the Nisswa area
