Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Workshop

In this workshop participants will create different spring-themed shapes out of their pre-made slab of honey vanilla marshmallow. We will then either dust your “peeps” with colorful natural garnishes (freeze dried fruits) and sugar, OR you may send your creations through our chocolate enrobing machine, where they will be become a chocolate covered marshmallow ready for any additional toppings. On the enrobing belt they will travel under a curtain of chocolate before moving to the cooling belt. This class is limited to 8 participants. Varying ages welcome with responsible adult companion. You will be able to operate the enrobing machine!

Fees/Admission
$55 per person
Includes admission to kitchen workshop, 8''x 11''x 1'' slab of our house-made honey vanilla marshmallow, all garnishes, chocolate enrobing experience, and packaging for finished products. Aprons and hairnets will be provided.
