May Day Make-Your-Own Chocolate Lollies Workshop

Get together and create chocolate pieces to put together your own springy and floral May Day gifts!

In this class participants will enjoy a mini-tasting and cocoa education, learn about tempering "on the stone" and create an assortment of chocolate lollies to decorate with assorted dried fruit, cocoa nibs, coconut and other garnishes. We will package our final pieces and your handmade gifts will be ready to give on May 1st- May Day! Students will use 8oz of milk or 64% semi-sweet chocolate each.

Varying ages welcome with responsible adult companion (two separate tickets).
