Schaefer's Foods is hiring a Customer Service Attendant! 

Job duties: The primary role of a Customer Service attendant is to interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs. The ability to process returns, operate the phone system and operate our point-of-sale system is also required. Customer Service attendants provide customers with fast and friendly service while ensuring accuracy at the cash register.

Customer Service Attendants will be responsible for maintaining newspaper records, processing UPS packages, assisting customers with bakery orders and stocking deliveries.  A Customer Service employee will need to be knowledgeable about the different services we provide to our customers.
