Position Summary:
As an Logistics Coordinator at Freight Wolf Logistics, you will learn the day to day operations and best practices of 3rd party logistics. You will be responsible for building & maintaining solid customer and carrier relationships with a focus on creating long-term trust. This entry-level role is designed to teach you the logistics industry from the ground up giving you the tools to succeed in a field with unlimited upside. The right individual that can contribute, in a meaningful way, to the growth of this start-up will have a clearly defined path for rapid career progression in the next 12-24 months with the organization.
Responsibilities:

  • Learn to generate and close new business while supporting existing customer accounts to establish a high-performing book of business.
  • Embrace our mission to provide the highest level of service to our customers. Build sustainable sales by treating every shipment and every customer interaction as if our business depends on it.
  • Learn and execute truckload operations best practices, including carrier qualification, rate negotiating, dispatching, and proactive freight tracking.
  • Contribute to the growth of the team and business with a focus on a positive, entrepreneurial culture where we work hard, have fun, and win together.
  • Serve as the frontline for all customer service communication for your assigned accounts, developing long-term relationships based on trust.
  • Meet monthly gross margin and volume targets.
