Full Time- Nature Link Guest Relations + Adventure Advocate Position

Nature Link is a premier "back to nature" resort and wedding venue nestled in the serene landscapes just minutes from Downtown Nisswa. Situated on 14 acres of picturesque woodlands along Clark Lake, with 2,200 feet of private shoreline, our resort offers a unique opportunity for guests to disconnect from technology and reconnect with nature. Our goal is to provide a rejuvenating and immersive experience where guests can unwind, explore, and create lasting memories in a tranquil environment.

Position Overview:

Nature Link is seeking a passionate and hardworking individual to join our team as a Guest Relations + Adventure Advocate. This role will work closely with our Director of Hospitality to ensure exceptional guest experiences while promoting our resort's nature-centric activities and amenities. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in outdoor environments, enjoys working with people, and is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

   Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and inviting first impression.

   Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and inquiries about resort services and activities.

   Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to guests on outdoor adventures, nature trails, and recreational activities.

   Coordinate and schedule guest activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and other outdoor excursions.

   Act as a liaison between guests and other resort departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

   Handle guest feedback, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.

   Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area, ensuring a positive atmosphere for guests.

   Collaborate with the marketing team to promote resort events, packages, and special offers to guests.

   On call duties when assigned

 

Qualifications:

   Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred.

   Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

   Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

   Passion for outdoor activities, nature conservation, and promoting eco-friendly practices.

   Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

   Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software is a plus.

   Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

   CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
