CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual.
CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life-pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.
Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit Grow!
The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that CrossFit Grow is for you, then your next step is to enroll in our On-Ramp course.
By offering one-on-one training during the introductory session, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. Then, in the On-Ramp Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts after completing your On-Ramp Course.
